FACILITIES

Conference/seminars

Located in secure, peaceful surroundings within minutes of both Port Moresby CBD and Waigani, the ToRobert Centre, Vanama Crescent has been designed for quality presentation of both residential and non-residential training programs, seminars and conferences.

The facilities comprise:

  • A fully equipped conference room for up to 80 participants
  • Two fully equipped training rooms for up to 16 participants
  • Meeting & syndicate rooms
  • Support printing and audio video services
  • A Reading Room
  • 16 twin-share rooms with ensuite facilities
  • Associated kitchen/dining facilities
  • Hauswin/garden area
Conference and Training Rooms

Our Conference RoomEighty participants can be seated in theatre style or forty in a seminar configuration.  All necessary equipment and aids are provided and multi media large screen projection is available for ease of video and computer based presentations. Telephone, computer, facsimile and copying services immediately to hand.  A bus service can be provided if required.

For smaller groups, ‘classrooms’ suitable for up to 16 participants are available.

Refreshments and lunches are served in the attractive garden setting or in the main dining room.  The garden can also be used for syndicate work and for pre/post conference social functions.

Accommodation

The ToRobert Centre provides comfortable budget priced air-conditioned accommodation in twin share or single rooms, all with refrigerators, private ensuite facilities, and telephones.  Breakfast and Dinner are served in the Dining Room.  Laundry service is available.

The facility has adequate back-up power generation and water services and friendly staff are always on hand to assist in making every function a success.
