The Microfinance Competence Centre has a dedicated team of Trainers and Officers. The following brief details demonstrate the breadth and depth of their knowledge, experience and maturity.
 

Ray Clark - Executive Director  Since completing business studies in the UK in the early sixties, Ray’s career has covered a broad spectrum of HR and general management roles in a wide range of industries including airlines, mining, commercial trading, finance and government utilities.  He has been associated with PNG since 1976 joining the Institute in 1995. When not attending to executive responsibilities he contributes to the Institute’s management programs. He is accredited by National Training Council as a Master Trainer and holds Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment and Training.   Ray Clark's email address is rayclark@daltron.com.pg

Gure Huk- Manager MCC  Gure graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting with PNG Unitech in 2001. Gure is also accredited with CPA (PNG) as a Accounting Technician. His earlier work experience include Clerical work with Talair, New Guinea Gold fields, Brian Bell, and Coca Cola Amatil. He also worked as the Registrar for the Lae Technical College and later as a Lecturer in Accounting at the Port Moresby Business College. Email address is hgure@ibbm.com.pg
