Ray Clark - Executive Director  Since completing business studies in the UK in the early sixties, Ray’s career has covered a broad spectrum of HR and general management roles in a wide range of industries including airlines, mining, commercial trading, finance and government utilities.  He has been associated with PNG since 1976 joining the Institute in 1995. When not attending to executive responsibilities he contributes to the Institute’s management programs. He is accredited by National Training Council as a Master Trainer and holds Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment and Training.   Email address is rayclark@daltron.com.pg

Morea Geita - Manager Training and Educational Services After graduating Bachelor of Education from UPNG in 1980, Morea gained over ten years of broad banking and management experience before joining the Institute in 1991.  Morea holds Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment and Training through OLI TAFE, Queensland and is accredited by the National Training Council as a Master Trainer (with Certificate Number MT.001). Prout Borari – Course Co-ordinator/Facilitator   Prout graduated from Goroka Teachers College in the early seventies and taught at various schools before joining the Department of Civil Aviation as a Trainer. He also held various senior management training and managerial positions with Post and Telecommunications and PNG Harbours Board before joining the Institute in September 2003. Gure Huk – Course Co-ordinator/Facilitator  Gure graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting with PNG Unitech in 2001. Gure is also accredited with CPA (PNG) as a Accounting Technician. His earlier work experience include Clerical work with Talair, New Guinea Gold fields, Brian Bell, and Coca Cola Amatil. He also worked as the Registrar for the Lae Technical College and later as a Lecturer in Accounting at the Port Moresby Business College. Email address is hgure@ibbm.com.pg
