Business Assessment Services
Business Assessment is not an audit or due diligence but a snapshot review of the business to evaluate current operational status aiming to identify and establish strengths and gaps, which are addressed thereafter for continuous improvement. A score rating system is used to rate current performance and Business Improvement. Plans are developed with recommendations based on the gaps summary for effectively addressed.
Business Advisory Services
We provide tailored business advisory and mentoring support assessed companies and other interested organisations with business advisory and mentoring services to address critical areas of business improvement including strategic guidance to improve operational performance.​​​ These service covers identified deficiencies in the areas of governance and administration, business operations, accounting, human resource management, and access to finance.
QMS & ISO Services
Relevant and professional services are provided to PNG businesses who wish to realign their management systems to ensure continuous improvement and better performance outcome, and eventually have it certified with an ISO Accreditations. We provide ISO services and certification for:
- Quality Management System ISO 9001
- OHS Management System ISO 45001
- Environment Management System ISO 14001.
Work with IBBM to achieve excellence through Management System documentations, training, audits, and eventually attain ISO Certifications.
Business Training
We offer various entrepreneurship and business training programs to enhances business skills for PNG businesses and SMEs. It covers course from Business Basics Training, Management & Leadership, to ISO Courses. A training can be customised to a client’s
specific needs and expectations.
