The PNG Institute of Banking and Business Management (IBBM), formerly established as the Bankers’ College in 1965, is the professional body for educational service and training in the banking, finance and resource industry in PNG.Governed  by a Board comprising of Chairman, who is the Governor of Bank of PNG, Board Members who are CEOs from all commercial and the National Development Banks  of PNG and the resource sector companies, our focus is on elevating  professional and ethical standards of our members towards  uplifting  the  training and education landscape in PNG. We aim to be the centre of excellence through professionalism, service,innovation and continuous improvement. To this end,our deliverables are aligned to industry needs, attuned to cultural changes as well as the evolving landscape of PNG businesses. IBBM’s Continuing Professional Development programs provide progression opportunities that systematically    equip participants with the skills  they need as they progress  in their careers.
